Log and Usage Data

This data is collected in aggregated and anonymised form and is used solely to analyse usage trends and improve the platform.
Account Information
When you register an account we collect your first and last name, username, password (stored as a one-way hash) and email address. This data is used to manage your account and personalise your experience.
Dancer Information
When a teacher registers a dancer on the platform, we collect the dancer's first and last name, date of birth (to assign the correct competition category), and optionally an email address. Teachers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to register dancer data on behalf of their school.
Note for teachers: By registering dancer information you confirm you have obtained appropriate consent or parental authorisation to share that data with Feismaster.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Feismaster and its features
- Authenticate users and manage secure sessions
- Process registrations, transactions, and related notifications
- Respond to support requests and customer service enquiries
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity
- Comply with legal and financial obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

6. Data Retention

When data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@whitecross.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic .
10. Children and Minors
Feismaster accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 or over. Dancer profiles for minors may be registered by their teacher or legal guardian, who is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained from the child's parent or guardian.
If you believe a child's data has been collected without appropriate authorisation, please contact us at privacy@whitecross.eu with the subject line "Minor Data Request" and we will investigate and remove the data promptly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. For material changes we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of Feismaster after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
